Went for a run yesterday and did 6....I feel like I am stuck at that for my long run. We need to bump it up and see if we can get it in the double digits in the next couple months. What do you think?? We should also start trying supplements on our long runs that are over an hour so we can see what works the best for us so we can be ready for the race.

OK so today was a good day!! Started running and just got lost in it and ended up running 6.32! Woohoo and felt great! Tomorrow I will probably only do about 3 and take it real easy. I am so excited about Sunday! You are going to LOVE the trail! I'll call you on my way home!

Run what you had planned today, and then do a mini core workout. Try and remember some of the things we did on Monday, but if you can't remember, hit up womenshealthmag.com. You can find a TON of stuff on there to get you pumped and to find the right workout you want.
I also decided that Thursday will be 4ish miler, and arms if we have time. Friday we will do track. Sunday...trail?
